What's Included
- Amiga RGB to SCART video cable (approx. 130cm / 4ft 3in)
- Detachable stereo audio RCA to 3.5mm jack breakout cable
- Protective dust cover for connectors
Features
Experience crystal clear picture quality from your Commodore Amiga by using a premium RGB SCART connection. This high-quality cable harnesses your Amiga's native RGB signal, delivering vibrant colors, razor-sharp pixels, and a superior video experience on CRT televisions, upscalers (like the OSSC, RetroTINK, or Framemeister), and SCART-equipped monitors.
Why Choose Our Amiga SCART Cable?
- Authentic 23-Pin Connector: Features a true DB23 female video connector that fits perfectly onto your Amiga's video portโnot a sawn-off DB25 connector with exposed pins.
- Integrated Optimization Resistors: Built-in resistors on the RGB and Sync lines ensure correct signal termination and voltage levels for safe operation, correct sync, 4:3 aspect ratio signaling, and reliable SCART sensing.
- Detachable Breakout Audio: On the SCART side, a 3.5mm female socket lets you connect the included stereo RCA-to-3.5mm cable back to the Amiga's audio outputs. This separate audio routing minimizes hum and noise, and allows easily disconnecting if you use external speakers/mixers.
- Double-Shielded Cabling: Built to retro video gaming specifications to reduce signal crosstalk, ensuring clean audio and ghost-free video output.
Compatibility
- All Commodore Amiga systems equipped with the standard 23-pin video output (Amiga 500, 500 Plus, 600, 1000, 1200, 2000, 3000, 4000, etc.)
- PAL and NTSC video standards
- SCART-equipped CRT Televisions and professional monitors (PVM/BVM)
- Modern upscalers and line-doublers (OSSC, RetroTINK-5X/4K, RAD2X, GBS-Control)
Notes
This cable outputs a native analogue RGB signal. Standard modern flat screens do not have SCART inputs nativelyโif you plan to connect directly to an HDMI-only display, we recommend using this cable in tandem with our Amiga RGB to HDMI Adapter or a dedicated upscaler (such as an OSSC or RetroTINK) to convert the analog RGB signal to modern HDMI.
