Return Policy

AnyRetro offers a 30-day return policy on physical products purchased directly from our website. If you change your mind or there is a problem with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

30-Day Returns

Return requests must be started within 30 days of the delivery date. Items should be returned in the condition they were received, with all included parts and accessories where possible.

Prepaid Return Postage

We pay the return postage. When your return is approved through your AnyRetro account, our automated returns system creates a prepaid return shipping label for eligible items.

How To Start A Return

You must have an AnyRetro customer account to start a return. Sign in to your account, open your order, choose the item or items you want to send back, select a return reason, and the system will generate your return label automatically.

If you placed your order before creating an account, create an account using the same email address as your order first, then start the return from your account area.

Refunds

Once your returned item arrives and is processed, your refund will be issued back to the original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on the payment provider, but we aim to handle returns promptly after receipt.
